Simple & Fluffy Donut

 Hi, hello everyone. 

It’s time for new recipe i think. I would like to share one of the best donuts I’ve ever made. Recipe as per below ya πŸ‘‡πŸ»



Bahan A:

1 cawan air suam

1 sachet yeast (i’m using saf-instant) 

3 sudu besar gula


Bahan B:

800g -1kg Tepung Gandum

1 cawan Tepung Kentang

3 sudu besar Margarine 

Pinch of salt 

6 sudu besar susu pekat (mix with a cup of water)

1 1/4 cawan air sejuk


Bahan C:

Fine Sugar  (for coated)


*Tips: Please use the same size of cup



Cara-caranya:

1) Prepare one medium size bowl (bigger than the cup that been used). Mix all Bahan A into it. Let it rest until the yeast double the size.


2) Prepare another bigger bowl πŸ₯£ 

Measure all the ingredients. Ready to sift the tepung gandum, tepung kentang & pinch of salt together. Then, masukkan 3 sudu besar margarine. Mix them well. 

Once the bahan A already double the size, mix it into the bowl. Knead the ingredients. Masukkan bancuhan susu dan air sedikit demi sedikit. Uli sehingga the dough doesn’t stick on your fingers. If its feels sticky, please put flour litlle by little. 


3) Rest the dough until it double the size


4) Once the dough double the size, ready to knead and shape it. 


5) Let it rest until double the size again.


6) Heat the pan and fill with new clean oil. Ready to fry the donut. 


7) Toss the oil and let them cool a bit. 


8) Coated the donut with fine sugar. And now your donut ready to serve.
