SHIRA COOKS - Nestum Prawn
Hi everyone.
Today is Saturday so it’s a weekend.
After done with my morning routine, i am ready to cook for lunch. So i would like to share some of my fav recipe if i go to “Spicy Crab Restaurant” which is near my housing and work area.
“Udang Nestum with Butter” or some people might called it as “Cereal Butter Prawn” 🦐
Simple step and less effort needed. Everyone can cook this. So here is the recipe. Enjoy your cooking 😉
Ingredients Needed (For Seasoning the Prawn 🦐 ):
10 to 15 pcs - Medium Prawn
1/2 teaspoon - Salt
1/2 teaspoon - Black Pepper
2 table spoon - Corn Starch
Ingredients Needed :
3/4 cup - Nestum
3 cloves - Garlic (chopped)
2 table spoon - Red Chilli (cut it small)
3 table spoon - Curry Leaves
3 table spoon - Butter
1/4 tea spoon - Sugar & Salt
Method:
1) Fry Prawn with less oil until golden orange. *Set it aside
2) Fry Nestum without oil until golden brown. *Set it aside
3) Heat the pan and put Butter until fully melt.
4) Insert the Garlic, Chilli, Curry Leaves. Stir it well. Don’t let them burn.
5) Insert Prawn & Nestum together to the pan. Stir it nicely and don’t forget to add some sugar or salt if needed.
6) Ready to serve.
