TRIP - PENANG OCTOBER 2019

From the title above you know that i want to share my experience to Penang!
Yeayyy i'm so excited with this trip because this trip is all about foods, sight seeing and friendship.
You can rent boat service from shop outside & near the parking space.
You can follow the map and plan your activity.

Even after a year baru nak update the moment of this trip, but its okay because this year cannot go holiday ya due to Covid-19 cases. So kita throwback je laa old memories 🙄
On 25 October 2019,
Our road trip to Penang begins at 11.30 pm which is me and aishah fetching ihin at her house. Our night journey went smoothly and safely. Manage to reach Penang Bridge on 8am.
So, ya “Hello Penang People I’m Comingggggg!!!!”
First destination, Breakfast at ROTI CANAI TRANSFER ROAD at Georgetown

Breakfast with lovely Ecah & Ihin. It’s been a long time since our last breakfast together at Dewan Makan Septech Hehe 😆
So after breakfast, we go to JERUK MADU PAK ALI shop which is located near the breakfast spot earlier. Tak PENANG la kalau tak beli jeruk madu pak ali yang famous ni kannn. Boleh la buat buah tangan for family members nanti. Hahaha. 😂
We arrive at Batu Ferringhi on 9.30 am something. Hotel check in hour by 3pm. So we need to find something to do. We choose to go to TAMAN NEGARA PULAU PINANG. Never plan for any activity on that day. Everything spontaneously happened and Alhamdulillah everything went safely and smoothly.
Buy tickets to enter the Taman Negara.
Thanks to the local tourist for helping us taking picture as memories.

MONKEY BEACH, PENANG

*Tips: Please take care of your belongings. And please avoid from bringing any foods or drinks to the beach. This is because the monkey there very aggressive.
So ya, third destination in Penang Island. The most famous passemboq in town.
"GANI PASSEMBUR" Yeayyyy.
Actually so much challenge driving to this place. You need to follow waze properly. Actually shop located at food court. Very nice and looking like new buildings, good place and quite clean. So that you can enjoy eating your passemboq nicely.
I recommend people wants to visit penang to try this passembur because it is sooo goooddd!
We took only few pieces because we know they will cut it small. All good and price is affordable.
We manage to finish this within half an hour. Sooo goood and so kenyang for three of us anyways. Lucky we do not took it 1 plate per person. Cannot imagine how to finish it. Hehe
Ohh ya some of my friends asking me how bout the price. Fyi, this cost me around below RM20 including the drinks for 3 pax.
Tadaaa.. this is the final result. Arghhh i miss this passemboq so bad.
Still thinking when to repeat food hunting at Penang 😋
Next destinantion, we manage to find another famous shop in Penang.
"DEENS MAJU NASI KANDAR"
Arrive there at 1pm. We can see few people queuing. As we arrive in front of the shop, the workers asked us to enter the shop first. Lucky we arrive there during Friday Prayer and few customers has arrived. Manage to order our foods less than 30 minutes of waiting. We tapau the nasi kandar and bring to the hotel because our stomach still full with passemboq. Hehe
Sooo packed with customers all the time. Wowww

It cost us for 3 nasi kandar and drinks for only less than RM20 😱

Okay now, kami semua tak sabar nak berehat. Hehe
Our room look exactly like this. Manage to secure cheaper price less than RM800/night for 2 rooms.
Very nice and big room for family travelers

The Balcony outside the room. Jacuzzi Area. You can eat outside the room too because they provide large table to stay and enjoy the view.

Okay done with the hotel. We had our lunch+dinner with tapau foods from deen nasi kandar in our room. Rest few hours before Maghrib. After maghrib we move to the next plan. Get ready and drove to the next destinations on 7.45pm.
PENANG AVATAR SECRET GARDEN

Too pack with vehicles plus narrow street. But do not worry about the parking space. They got quite lots of parking space there with parking fee only RM5 per entry. Plus, please beware of dog. Even they not bite or chase people, i still got no guts walk behind them. Lol too scared but can survive on my own sometimes (buat-buat berani) Hehe
Post, after breakfast. So, bila boleh breakfast together again ya? Sobss
Check Out at 12pm. I really love this hotel. InsyaAllah ada rezeki will come again with my family.
From the picture shown you can see is the colorful lights and the ancient buddha statue. They got lots of stairs, quite slippery during rainy day. You will mesmerize with the beauty of the lights.
*Tips: Better come with sport shoes.

Got few hours before midnight. Park our car at the hotel, and then walk to the most famous Pasar Malam in front of the hotel.

Done with our 'night adventure'. Hehehe let's go back to the hotel, and have a good rest!
DAY 2
Breakfast time before check out. I choose to have a breakfast near the hotel. Which is located at the Petronas & McDonalds junction. Only few minutes from the hotel. Just walk, cross the road and you can see the gerai there.
Both my lovely friends. Missing Rai. She can't be here with us.

Around 2 pm we arrive at Ipoh. Visit the very famous place in Ipoh. For those who never heard about this place, it is located in between buildings. To make it easier please waze "Plan B Ipoh" you will find it easily. For me this place (Concubine Lane), very nice. The atmosphere same like i visited Jonker Walk at Bandaraya Melaka. Free Market, lots of unique and creative items. They got foods also tau. So don't worry okay. Hehe
Actually i visited this place before. But alang alang dah lalu ipoh from penang kan. I nak tunjuk my friends this place too. Its like "killed two birds with one stone". We can visit penang, and we also can visit ipoh too. Nice right? Hehe
