MINI PIZZA
(Home Ingredients)
Ingredients Needed (For Dough):
1/2 cup - Warm Water
1 table spoon - Yeast (people usually called it as Mauripan)
1 tea spoon - Sugar
2 cup - Tepung Gandum (diayak)
1/2 tea spoon - Salt
1 tea spoon - Bread Softener / Bread Improver
2 table spoon - cooking oil / olive oil
Ingredients Needed (For Sauce):
Spaghetti Sauce (I’m using Traditional Prego Bolognese)
1/4 - Onion (chopped)
2 cloves - Garlic (chopped)
1 table spoon - red chilli paste
3 table spoon - Water
1 tea spoon - Garam Masala
1/2 tea spoon - Mixed Herbs
Ingredients Needed (For Topping):
Red / Yellow / Green Capsicum
Onion
Sausage
Chicken / Beef Pepperoni
Black Pepper Sauce
Button Mushroom in a can
Any Cheese that you like (I’m using Smoked Cheddar)
You can also add some Mozarella Cheese (It taste much better)
Method:
#Dough:
1) Mix Yeast + Sugar +Warm Water. The yeast should begin to fosm or bloom (estimated 15 minutes)
2) Take one container and put the Tepung Gandum + Salt + Bread Softener & mixed it well
3) Put the Foaming Yeast + Oil. Knead them all until become a pretty amazing dough (you can add or reduce water needed. Trust your hand )
4) Choose a suitable bowl and spread thin layer of oil. Place the dough into it.
Leave it until double the size (For quick rise, place the dough in a warm place)
5) After you notice the dough is ready, divide it into 2
6) Form two round balls of dough. Place each in its bowl, cover with plastic & let sit for 15 minutes above
#Topping
1) Heat the pan with some Oil
2) Fry the Onion & Garlic. Stir it gently
3) Put Chilli Paste and stir
4) Put 1/2 can of Spaghetti Sauce
5) Add some water if needed
6) Add Garam Masala + Mixed Herbs + Sugar
7) Fry it until well cook
#Before get into oven preparation
1) Flatten the dough ball & stretch out into a round shape
(Use your finger tips to press the dough gently)
2) Use your palm to flatten the edge of the dough when its thicker.
3) Pinch the edges if you want to form a lip
4) Spread the Pizza Sauce that you prepare earlier & sprinkle with toppings (capsicum+onion+sausage+blackpeppersauce+mushroom+cheese+mixedherbs)
#Ready to Bake
1) Put into Oven Pan
2) Bake pizza 15 - 20 minutes with 200c
