Fyi, for this post (and next next post after this) I am gonna share some of foods yang i masak. Actually I am not so good at cooking but boleh laa buat alas perut. Hihi

FRIED UDON
Ingredients needed:
Udon Noodles
1/4 - Bawang Merah
2 cloves - Bawang Putih
1 table spoon - Chilli Flakes (because i’m running out of blended chilli paste) 🙊
2 table spoon - Oyster Sauce
2 table spoon - Black Pepper Sauce
4 table spoon - Kicap Manis
1 piece - chicken meat (large) *cut into small pieces
Any Vegetables that you like. I’m using broccoli 🥦 & scallion/leek (daun bawang)
Some seasoning (salt, sugar & secukup rasa)
Method:
*Important: Boil the Udon Noodles for 2 minutes & tossed the water. Put it aside
1) Heat your frying pan + put some cooking oil
2) Fry the Onion & Garlic until golden brown
3) Put the chicken and stir it together with the caramelised onion and garlic
4) Put chilli flakes and stir it. If you like it spicy, you can add more chilli flakes
5) Put the kicap manis + seasoning + oyster sauce + black pepper sauce all together
6) Put the Vegetables & Udon Noodles
7) Stir it again and again
8) Tadaaaaa it’s done! ✨
