Another Week Another Kopitiam Hunting

 Hi Assalamualaikum, 

Another week another breakfast hunting.  

Let me compile all my experience having decent breakfast with my family. 


1) Restaurant Jamal Mohamed

Located at: No 24, Jalan SS 5a/9, SS5, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Suprisingly the nasi lemak was quite good. Even my mama & ayah likes it. They like the sambal, nasi and all. While me, i love the kangkung. Overall it was nice cause i can share with my sister because the portion is quite a lot ya. Haha

 

Can you spot the long que behind my sister? It was the nasi lemak stall. Behind it, there is stall selling Pisang Goreng with cheese. Since we came early morning, so i didn't have much space in my tummy to try it. Maybe next time. 


Honest review from me, i would prefer Subang Ria fried yong tau foo compared to this stall. Because at Subang Ria the sauce is soo much better and it is much fresher compared to this one. 

Update: 12 Nov 2023 (Falls on Deepavali Holiday) 
Ayah & Mama wants to have breakfast to this restaurant again. This time syamil, piqa, along & kak azie join us too. We are having same breakfast as usual. Nasi lemak, yong tau foo and drinks. But this time, my lil sister wants to try the pisang cheese. I give (3/5) for the pisang cheese. Not bad. 
After breakfast we go to Paradigm Mall near the area. It’s been a long time. The mall quite nice have so many shops. 






2) Chong Kok Kopitiam 

Located at: No 5, Jalan Stesen Kawasan 1, 41000 Klang, Selangor (Near KTM Klang Station)

This is the perfect combo when you visited any Kopitiam shop. The super rich traditional coffee pair with fragrant toast with homemade kaya. Delicious! 



 

They also have variety of foods such as kuih-muih, different types of nasi lemak, bihun goreng, mee goreng and many more. 

This place is a such nice place to have breakfast. You can see local residents from various ages, having breakfast there with a cup of coffee & half-boiled eggs with newspaper in hand also in a vintage coffee shop. All i can say is i love this kind of "vintage atmosphere" 😍



Regent Pandan Layer Cake Shop 

Located at: 70, Jalan Raya Timur, Kawasan 1, 41000 Klang, Selangor (Near KTM Klang Station)


As soon i step into this shop, it reminds me of vintage cake shop that can only be found in rural area. But this time you can experience it at Klang Town. It feels so good 

 

This is the cake that we bought from the shop. My honest review is, the cake is sooo soft and not so sweet. Perfect taste for someone who doesn't like sweet desserts. The price is affordable. This only cost me below RM18 i think.

Hi Assalamualaikum everyone. It’s bee a long time I didn’t blogging. Today, since i have plenty of time i think i want to share some memories here. This is one of the most amazing day in 2024 that i should  keep it here as memories.  This moment didn’t come often. This was such an amazing ‘hangout trip’ with the girlss. We actually love unplanned events.  On 24, February 2024 (Saturday). Me and my sister always love to use public transport since we rarely use it. Maybe  once a year 🥹  In our town there is no public transport other than KTM near us. We have to travel to ktm nearby. The nearest station of course KTM Shah Alam. Me, my lil sis, dikgee & wardah we plan to go to Midvalley & The Gardens by train. Actually i can drove my car to there, but i don’t feel to. Date with lil sis after so long

Hi i'm here again to share some of lovely memories together with my sis. Hard work paid off or we called it as a good treat after such a roller coaster time in our life. It is not easy to plan an event together but we manage to fulfill it. This time, we stay at our sister house and she send us to nearest LRT station. I choose not to drive again even i have my own car because why not right? Hahaha This is actually my first time stepping foot at LRT Putra Height. It was a new experience for me and my sister. It was quite convenient. But my lil sis prefer KTM over LRT. Maybe because we have to go through so many station before we reach our destination.    The nasi lemak is quite okay. But for me the food that i will order again if we go there is their English Breakfast Tea & the Pizza. Maybe we should try other menu.
