Bihun Goreng Express
Hello. Welcome the the new chapter of simple recipe from me. This is sooo simple and even teenagers can try this at home. So ya, representing my super simple Bihun Goreng in less than 10 minutes ✌🏻
Ingredients Needed:
1 bowl of soaked bihun in water. (left for 10 minutes) until it gets pre-soft
Red Onion - 1pcs
Garlic - 1pcs
Minced chicken / Fish Cake / Fish Ball
Cabbage *if you like vegetable
Smashed Cili Api
Perencah bihun goreng Adabi - 1 packet
Spring Onion & Fried Onion
Method:
1) Preheat your kuali & put some oil to fry
2) Chop onion & garlic together
3) Fry onion & garlic until golden brown & put together with chicken, fish cake.
4) Put the perencah into the kuali together with the bumbu. Can also put smashed cili api if you like it spicy and pour some water if it looks so dry
5) Ready to put bihun into the kuali
6) Put the cabbage or any vegetables that you like and stir evenly. *I honestly more prefer my bihun goreng without vegetables especially sawi. hehe ✌
7) Turn off the stove
8) Place your bihun goreng into the plate and sprinkle with spring onion and fried onions
